General
The website grunis-law.com is operated by Ernest Grunis, Adv. (the "firm"). This policy explains what information is collected on the site, how it is used, who receives it, and your rights.
What information is collected
When you use the contact form, the details you provide are collected: name, phone, email address (if given), subject and message. When you contact the firm by WhatsApp, phone or email, the details you provide through that channel are kept.
The site also uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. It does not use cookies, does not track you across sites, and does not identify you personally.
How the information is used
The information is used only to respond to your inquiry, to assess whether the firm can represent you, to check for conflicts of interest, and to communicate with you about the matter. It will not be used for marketing and will not be sold.
Are you required to provide it?
You are not legally required to provide the information. However, without a name and a way to contact you, the firm cannot respond.
Who receives the information
The form is operated by Formspree, a form-processing service that forwards the inquiry to the firm's email. The information may be processed and stored on servers outside Israel, including in the United States. WhatsApp messages are also subject to WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy. Otherwise, the information is not passed to third parties unless required by law.
Confidentiality
Inquiries are kept confidential. An inquiry does not in itself create an attorney-client relationship, so please do not include highly sensitive information or documents in a first message.
Security and retention
The firm takes reasonable measures to protect the information. Inquiries that do not lead to representation are kept only as needed for professional purposes, including conflict checks.
Your rights
Under the Privacy Protection Law, 1981, you may review the information held about you and ask for information that is incorrect, incomplete, unclear or outdated to be corrected or deleted. Contact: ernest@grunis-law.com.
